Der Verein Thüringer Ökoherz e.V., Dachverband für ökologischen Landbau Thüringen hat vom 05. bis 07. März in einer Workshop-Reihe in Leipzig Lehrunterlagen die im Rahmen eines EU Projektes mit Experten von Partnerorganisationen aus Österreich, Tschechien und Italien erstellt wurden erfolgreich getestet.

The Resource Management Agency successfully tested the modules adapted for Austria within the framework of the EU-project ReKuK for vocational training for chefs and executive chefs of large-scale kitchens in sustainable food and kitchen management in the premises of the Bio Forschung Austria from the 07th to 09th May.

6 Cooks and executive chefs and a representative of Styria Vitalis participated. The participants had the opportunity to attend the workshops for free in and give their feedback on the lecture and the teaching materials developed during the cause of the project.
